I moved back to West Cork with the dream to create a beautiful space on the wild Beara coastline for retreat. The Beara Peninsula has such a raw beauty that it inspires connection with nature. The ever changing ocean and dramatic rocky landscape can really call the soul. Retreats here invite you to dive deeper into your yoga & meditation practices in this beautiful setting and remind ourselves of the oneness and love we can find when we take time to connect with ourselves, others and nature.
